How to Order
Details on order Process:
*Pick out your favorite products from: http://www.yolloy.com or http://www.yolloy.net. Client’s can also provide their own design or special requirement to us. Customer’s design is acceptable. we can make production according to client's requirements on size, color and style & material. Or client can choose our original product style design.
** Price quotation:
a). Ask for the quotation by Email, Telephone or Fax
b).As for the customized inflatable, please send us an email with all special requirements
***Confirm order: Send us the products number, photos, size, and other demand by
a). e-mail to: sales@yolloy.com or info@yolloy.com Or Fax to: 0086-20-36610118
b).we will email back to you for a confirmed order by scan copy.
****Production:
We will arrange production as per client’s requirement, the regular lead time is 5-15 days from the date of confirmation, excluding air transit time. However, it can be more or less depending on the design, the dimensions and quantities. We will email photographing of the product to client after the production, if everything ok, client pay the balance to us;
*****Transport:
Once received the balance, we will delivery the goods. Goods can be transport by air ( air port to air port or door to door ), The approximate time is 5~7days,Or Transport by sea ( FOB or CIF terms) ,The shipment time depend on the shipping vessel line.
******After service:
We are responsible for making some modifications as clent’s need and client’s purchase can be reproduced and refunded if there are serious quality problems.

Payment terms: 50% deposit, and 50% balance must be paid before shipment
