High quality materials are essential for producing inflatable products. All of the raw materials we used are originated from the best material supplier in China-PLATO. It's a commercial grade PVC tarpaulin.All of the raw materials we used have passed EN71, EN14960 and ROSE test.
All sewing inflatable products are made by high precision sewing machines and using unique 12 in one waterproof nylon threads. We use double stitching for both inside and outside of the product and quadruple stitching for the force loading bottom. For each corner and connection, there are reinforce straps to make sure the product are safe enough for all kinds of jumping and playing. The length of each single sewing needle is 3mm-8mm.
Air-tight inflatable products are made by high temperature multi-function fusion splicer which is excellent for high efficient massive production and durable air-tight inflatable products.
